Poster Time!

So now after writing on lots of knives and forks I have a general idea of what I want on my poster, I tried to figure out a way to display these knives and forks so I started to photograph them in lots of different ways to hopefully come up with the perfect solution. After numerous attempts of arranging and rearranging I think I finally came up with a way tho photograph them perfectly.

Since knives and forks are associated with mealtimes and food, I came up with the idea of arranging the knives and forks so they resemble a table setting (plate with knife and fork)

This is how it turned out. This is the starting point for my poster and still needs to be worked on. I put it on a solid black background so it could easily be changed in Photoshop if needed.

So I had very little experience with working with photoshop before this project but I learned so much about it during this project. I opened this photo on Photoshop and got to work on it.

I isolated the knives and forks and put them on a different colour background so they would stand out and become the focus of my poster.
